Exporting your data

Business and Agency plans.

Three formats

At the top of the Analytics tab, next to Refresh.

Save as PDF. A printable overview. Good for a meeting, a lender, or your own records.

Export CSV. The raw data. Opens in anything.

Export Excel. The same, formatted for a spreadsheet.

What gets exported

Whatever you are currently looking at.

Your filters apply. So set the period, the mode and the package first, then export. If you export with the mode set to “All (test + live)”, your test payments will be sitting in the spreadsheet you send to your accountant.

Set the mode to Live only before you export anything that leaves your building.

Branding the PDF

You can put your logo on it.

Go to Mollie Payments, then the Options tab, and find Reports.

Upload a PDF report logo. The plugin asks for PNG, JPG or JPEG, at most 400 by 150 pixels and 250 KB, and it makes a sensible point: use a logo that is clearly visible on a white background.

Leave it empty and your site name is used instead, which is perfectly fine.

What to actually do with it

Send the CSV to your accountant at the end of the quarter, filtered to live only.

Save the PDF monthly so you have a record of where you were, which is more useful in a year than you think.

Open the CSV yourself when a number on screen surprises you and you want to see the payments behind it.
