I see two or three payment blocks at checkout

Your checkout shows Mollie, and then another payment section underneath it. Perhaps two.

This is not a bug, and nothing is broken. Houzez simply has payment methods of its own, and they are still switched on.

They do not merge with Mollie and they do not disappear when you install our plugin. They queue up next to it.

Why you should fix this

Your customer arrives at the checkout and sees several payment sections with no explanation of which one to use. It looks like a mistake, and people are cautious about handing card details to a website that looks like it is having a bad day.

Pick one system, and let it do the work.

How to fix it

Go to Houzez, then Theme Options, then Payment Gateways. In the menu on the left of that screen you will find three subsections. Open each and switch the gateway off.

Stripe Settings. Switch off Enable Stripe.

Paypal Settings. Switch off Enable PayPal. You are not losing PayPal: we offer it through Mollie, so tick it on our Payment methods tab instead. Same PayPal, one checkout, one place where the money lands.

Direct Payment / Wire Payment. Switch off Enable Wire Transfer.

Save, then go and look at your own checkout. You should now see exactly one payment section, with your methods in it.

If you want to keep one

You can. They work alongside ours perfectly well.

Some agencies keep the manual bank transfer for corporate clients who insist on paying against an invoice. That is a fair reason.
