The filters are how you turn a wall of numbers into an answer.
Period
Today. Last 7 days. Last 30 days. Month to date. Year to date. Last 12 months. All time.
Last 30 days is the everyday view.
Month to date is what you want when someone asks how the month is going.
Last 12 months is where you see whether you are actually growing, as opposed to whether last week was good.
Mode
All (test + live). Live only. Test only.
Set this to Live only. Almost always.
Your test payments are in the data otherwise, and they will quietly flatter your figures. A revenue number that includes fifteen test payments you made yourself is not a revenue number, it is a mood.
Package
All packages, or one of them.
This is how you find out which package earns its place. Filter to each in turn and compare.
You will often find that one package does almost all the work, and that another exists mainly because it seemed like a good idea. Knowing which is which is worth more than most marketing.
Method
All methods, or one.
Combine this with the period filter to see whether a method is gaining or fading.
Source (Business and Agency)
Everything. Houzez. Payment links.
This separates your website income from the links you send by hand.
And within Houzez you can narrow further: Both, Subscriptions, or One-time.
That is the filter that answers the most important question in the whole tab: how much of my income renews by itself, and how much do I have to go out and earn again next month?
Refresh and Reset
Refresh pulls the latest data.
If the screen looks strangely empty, you probably still have a filter on from last time. Check the period and the mode first.
