Leaving a review

If the plugin has made your life easier, we would love to hear it. And so would the next person deciding whether to trust us.

Where

Go to Mollie Payments, then the Support tab, and scroll to Give us a review.

Give it a rating, a title, and a few sentences.

What actually helps

Not “great plugin, five stars”. That is kind, and it tells nobody anything.

What you were trying to do. Someone reading it is trying to work out whether you are like them.

What surprised you. Good or bad. The bad ones are useful to us and honest reviews are the only kind worth having.

What you would not want to be without. This is the sentence that helps someone else decide.

How the setup went. Everyone reading a review of a payment plugin is quietly worried about exactly this.

We may use it

There is a tick box: you may use my review as a recommendation, for example as a testimonial.

Tick it or do not. Either is completely fine, and it makes no difference to how we treat you.

Tell us the bad things too

If something annoyed you, we would genuinely rather know.

Use the Support tab, choose Feature request or suggestion, and say what is wrong. We are a small team and we listen, partly because we have to, and partly because we would rather build the thing you actually need.

Several people asking for the same thing is how we decide what to build next. That is not a polite deflection. It is literally the process.

Thank you

It sounds like a formality, so let us be specific about it.

We are a small Dutch team building software we would want to use ourselves. Every review, every bug report, and every “have you thought about…” makes the next version better than the one you bought.

We are grateful for all of them.

Still stuck?

Send us a message and a real person gets back to you, usually within one business day.
