Your license unlocks the settings pages and keeps you supplied with updates. It takes under a minute.
Where to find your key
It was emailed to you the moment you bought the plugin, and it is always waiting in your account at quantumaddons.com.
The plugin gives you a Find your license key at quantumaddons.com button, right next to the field, so you do not have to go hunting.
Activate it
Go to Mollie Payments, then the License tab.
Paste your key into the field marked Enter your license key here, and click Activate license.
The plugin checks with our server. After a moment it fills in your details: your name, your email, your plan, how many activations you have left, and when it expires.
If you can see that, you are done.
What it unlocks
Every settings tab: API keys, payment methods, currency, emails, analytics, and the rest.
Without a valid license, the settings pages stay locked. The plugin says so plainly on the tab, and it is deliberate.
If your key is refused
Work down this list. One of these is almost always it.
An invisible space. Copying from an email very often drags a space along with it, at the start or the end. Paste the key into a plain text editor first, check there is nothing around it, then copy it again.
This is by far the most common cause.
You have used all your activations. The License tab tells you how many you have left. If it says none, free one up on a site you no longer use, or move up a plan.
Your host is blocking the connection. The plugin has to reach our server. Some hosts block outgoing connections. Ask yours whether outgoing HTTPS requests are allowed.
If none of that works, email support@documentation.quantumaddons.com. We can see your license from our side, and this is not something you should spend an afternoon on.
The other buttons
Show key. Reveals the key, which is otherwise masked.
Re-check status. Asks our server about your license again. Use it after renewing, if the plugin has not caught up.
Check for updates. A different thing entirely, and it has its own article.
Deactivate license. Frees the key for another site. Read the article on moving before you press it.
