You built a package. You filled everything in. You published it. And it is not on your pricing page.
Or it is there, but something about it does not work.
Start with the first cause below. It is the one, far more often than anything else, and it is the one nobody guesses.
Cause 1: “Is It Visible?” was never set to Yes
This is the answer most of the time, and it is not your fault. It is a genuinely unkind default.
When you create a new package, the Is It Visible? dropdown starts out empty. Not “Yes”, not “No”. Empty.
And Houzez only shows a package on your pricing page if that field says Yes, exactly. An empty value is not a yes, so the package is hidden.
So you can fill in every field, set your price, write your description, hit Publish, and get a package that exists, works perfectly, and is invisible to every visitor on your site.
The fix. Go to Real Estate, then Packages. Open the package. Find Is It Visible? and set it to Yes. Update.
Go and look at your pricing page again. There it is.
Worth doing now: open every package you have and check this field. If you built them all in one sitting, you may well have made the same omission on all of them.
Cause 2: The package is still a draft
Obvious once you have thought of it, and easy to miss when you have been staring at a screen for an hour.
Go to Real Estate, then Packages, and look at the status column. A package that says Draft has never been published, so nobody can see it.
Click Publish.
Cause 3: Houzez is not selling packages
If no packages appear at all, and not just one of them, the problem is a level up.
Go to Theme Options, then Membership.
Look at Enable Paid Submission. To sell packages, it has to be set to Membership.
If it is set to No, nothing is for sale anywhere on your site. If it is set to Per Listing, you are charging per property instead, and packages are not part of that model.
Cause 4: The package will not renew, and you expected it to
The package appears. Your customer buys it. A month later, nothing is collected.
The likely reason: you never set the payment type, and the plugin defaulted to one-time.
Open the package under Real Estate, then Packages, and scroll to the block called Mollie Settings.
Look at Payment Type. If you have not touched it, it is set to One-time payment, which is the safe default. A one-time package charges once and never renews, exactly as it says.
The fix. Set it to Recurring / Subscription and update.
Then go and check one more thing, because it is the other half of the same problem: SEPA Direct Debit must be switched on in your Mollie account, under Settings, then Payment methods. Renewals are collected by direct debit, even when the first payment was made with iDEAL. Without it, nothing will be collected no matter what the package says.
Cause 5: The package is set to lifetime and recurring at once
If you have ticked Never Expire on a package and also set it to Recurring, the two settings contradict each other.
A lifetime package never ends, so there is nothing to renew.
The plugin notices this and tells you plainly in the Mollie Settings block: the package will always be charged once, and access will never expire, whatever the billing period says.
That is not a bug, and nothing is broken. It is the only sensible reading of “lifetime”. But if you meant it to renew, untick Never Expire.
Cause 6: Your customer cannot pay for a subscription
The package appears. Your customer clicks it. And then they cannot complete the payment.
If the package is set to Recurring / Subscription, your customer needs a payment method that can carry a subscription. Only twelve of our thirty can.
iDEAL, Bancontact, card, PayPal, Apple Pay and SEPA Direct Debit can. Google Pay, TWINT, BLIK, Bank Transfer and paysafecard cannot.
How to check. Go to Mollie Payments, then Payment methods. Every method has a small label next to it: Subscriptions or One-time.
If everything you have switched on says One-time, and your package renews, your customer has no way to subscribe.
The fix. Switch on at least one Subscriptions method. For a Dutch audience, iDEAL alone solves it.
Cause 7: The price is empty or zero
A package with no price cannot be sold, because there is nothing to charge.
Open the package and check Package Price. It should be a number, in the currency you set under Theme Options, then Membership.
If you genuinely want a free package, that is a different thing entirely, and a payment plugin is not what makes it work.
Still not showing?
Open the System tab in the plugin and click Run checks. It will tell you if something more fundamental is wrong: WooCommerce mode still switched on, no API key, or no methods active at Mollie.
If that all looks fine, copy the report and send it to us. Tell us the name of the package, and we will find it.
