Two small settings that are easy to miss and worth switching on.
Show payment column on the Properties list
Go to Mollie Payments, then Options, and find Houzez integration.
Switch on Show payment column on the Properties list.
This adds a Mollie payment column to your properties list, under Real Estate, then Properties. It shows the status and the amount of the most recent transaction for each listing.
Why this is useful
Because it puts the answer where the question gets asked.
When an agent emails to ask why their listing is not live, you are already looking at the properties list. Without this column, you have to go and find the payment. With it, you can see straight away whether it was ever paid.
There is no reason not to have it on.
The PDF report logo
Go to Mollie Payments, then Options, and find Reports.
This is the branding for the printable payment overview you can generate from the Analytics page, which is a Business and Agency feature.
Upload a PDF report logo.
The plugin is specific about what it wants: PNG, JPG or JPEG, at most 400 by 150 pixels, at most 250 KB. And it gives you sensible advice: use a logo that is clearly visible on a white background.
Leave it empty and your site name is used instead, which looks perfectly fine.
A word about that white background
It catches people out.
A white or very pale logo looks smart on a dark website and disappears entirely on a printed page. If your logo is white, you need a dark version for this. It takes two minutes and it saves you handing someone a report with an invisible header.
