At the bottom of the Analytics tab. Available on every plan.
There are two buttons and they do very different things. Read this before you press either.
Reset test data
This is the one you want.
It removes every transaction made in test mode. Your live transactions are untouched.
Do this once, on the day you go live, before your first real customer.
Otherwise your revenue, your conversion rate and your averages will all be quietly distorted by the fifteen payments you made to yourself while setting up. Your first month’s figures will be meaningless, which is a shame, because your first month is when you most want to know how you are doing.
The plugin recommends it before going live, and it is right.
Reset all data
This removes every transaction in the database, test and live. It cannot be undone.
Do not touch this unless you are certain.
There is one thing worth knowing, and it is reassuring: your Houzez invoices and your user packages are not affected. Your customers keep their access, and your invoice records survive. This clears the plugin’s own transaction history, not your business.
But your analytics start again from zero, and there is no way back.
When you would genuinely use it
Handing a site to a client, and you do not want them to inherit your test history.
Starting a new project on a site that used to be something else.
A migration that went wrong, and you would rather begin cleanly.
Outside of those, reset the test data and leave the rest alone.
