Renewing
Your license renews yearly.
We will email you before it expires. If you have let it lapse, you have a 31 day grace period in which everything continues to work, so a missed email is not a disaster.
After renewing, go to the License tab and click Re-check status if the plugin has not caught up yet.
What renewal gets you
Updates. New payment methods, new Houzez compatibility, new WordPress compatibility, security fixes, and the improvements we make because customers asked for them.
Support. From the people who wrote the code.
Your settings pages. The plugin admin stays unlocked.
Cancelling
If you do not want to renew, do not.
Your checkout carries on working. Your data stays where it is. After the grace period, the plugin’s admin pages lock and the updates stop, but nobody’s payment fails because of it.
You do not have to email us, phone us, or explain yourself. We are not going to make you sit through a retention flow.
Coming back
Your data is preserved. Reactivate a license at any time and everything is exactly where you left it.
The honest case for renewing
We are not going to pretend the plugin turns into a pumpkin.
But it handles money, and it sits between Houzez, WordPress and Mollie, all three of which change. Payment methods appear and disappear. iDEAL is moving to Wero. Houzez ships new versions. WordPress ships new versions. Security problems are found in things nobody suspected.
A payment plugin that stops receiving updates is fine, right up until the moment it is not, and you will not get a warning.
That is what the renewal is for. Not the features. The maintenance.
